Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Digronix. This website, digronix.com, is run by Digronix (“Digronix”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The terms below set out the ground rules for browsing our website and for hiring us for digital marketing and related work. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and any other notices we publish on the site.

By opening digronix.com, sending us a form or message, or engaging us for any service, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to follow them. If you are not comfortable with any part of them, please do not use the website or our services.

1. Agreeing to These Terms

You confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and that the details you share with us are true.

  • These terms cover everyone who deals with us: visitors, clients, partners and anyone who contributes content.
  • Our services are built for businesses and professionals, not for personal or consumer use.

2. Using Our Website

You may use this website and our services for lawful purposes only. Please do not:

  • Break any law or regulation that applies to you
  • Try to damage, overload, hack or otherwise interfere with the website or our systems
  • Send us viruses, spam, malicious code or any other harmful material

If we find misuse, we may block your access or end our relationship with you.

3. Our Services and Scope of Work

Digronix provides digital marketing and related services, which may include SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content creation and website work. The exact services you receive depend on what we agree with you.

Our work is limited to what has been clearly agreed in writing, whether that is a proposal, an email thread or a signed agreement. If you ask for something outside that scope, we may need extra time and will quote an additional fee before starting.

4. Website Content

Everything published on digronix.com is meant as general information. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we cannot promise that it is complete, correct or up to date at every moment. If you rely on it, you do so at your own risk, and for anything important it is best to confirm the details with us directly.

5. Pricing and Changes to Services

  • Our prices may change, and we are not obliged to give advance notice for pricing shown on the website.
  • Prices already agreed in a written proposal or agreement stay in force for that agreed period.
  • We may update, pause or retire any service when we need to.
  • We are not responsible for losses that arise from such changes, except where the law says otherwise.

6. Billing, Advance Payment and Late Payment

Our services are billed monthly and paid in advance. Each invoice must be cleared before the new billing cycle begins.

If a payment is late, we may pause or stop your services once 3 days have passed since the due date, and we will not be liable for anything that results from the pause. Work restarts only after the full outstanding amount has been received. The days lost during a suspension are not extended, adjusted or credited back.

7. What We Need From You

Good marketing depends on a good working relationship. As a client, you agree to:

  • Give us accurate, complete and timely information about your business
  • Share the access we need, such as your website, ad accounts and analytics
  • Review and approve content, creatives and campaigns promptly

If information arrives late or turns out to be wrong, timelines and performance can suffer, and Digronix cannot be held responsible for that.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Much of our work runs on platforms we do not own, such as Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), analytics products and other software. We have no control over how these platforms behave, so we are not responsible for:

  • Changes to their rules or policies
  • Account restrictions, suspensions or bans
  • Algorithm updates
  • Outages or technical problems

Using third-party tools is your choice and happens at your own risk.

9. No Guaranteed Results

Marketing results are shaped by many things outside our control, including competition, market conditions, budgets and platform changes. For that reason we do not promise any specific ranking, number of leads, sales, revenue or return on investment.

What we do promise is to apply sound, current best practice to your project and to keep you informed along the way. Results will vary from one business to another.

10. Ownership of Our Work

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the strategies, creatives, reports, documents and other materials we produce remain the intellectual property of Digronix. You may not copy, resell, share or reuse them for other purposes without our written permission.

11. Feedback and Content You Send Us

If you share feedback, ideas or suggestions with us, we are free to use them for our business and marketing without owing you any payment or credit, unless we have agreed differently.

You are responsible for making sure anything you send us, such as text, images, logos or videos, does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law.

12. Privacy and Personal Information

We collect and use personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using the website or our services, you acknowledge that policy as part of these terms.

13. Things You Must Not Do

You must not use our website or services to:

  • Break any law
  • Infringe someone’s copyright, trademark or other rights
  • Publish false, misleading or harmful information
  • Collect or misuse other people’s personal data
  • Try to get around the security of the website

Serious violations may lead to immediate termination of our services.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The website and our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that they will always run without interruption or errors, or that the outcome will match your expectations.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Digronix will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunities, that arise from using the website or our services.

15. Indemnity

You agree to protect Digronix from, and cover us against, any claim, loss or damage that comes from:

  • Your misuse of our website or services
  • Your breach of these terms
  • Your breach of any law or of a third party’s rights

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access to our services at any time if you break these terms. Ending the relationship does not cancel anything you already owe us or any obligation that arose before the termination date.

17. Cancellation, Notice and Refunds

If you want to stop a service, please send us at least 15 days’ written notice by email before your next billing cycle starts. Without that notice, the next monthly cycle will still be charged, and the service can be closed after it.

Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, including for early cancellation or if you simply do not use the service. If we ever end a service because of a breach of these terms, no refund applies. Where the law requires a refund, or where we have failed to deliver work we agreed to, we will deal with it fairly and in writing.

18. If One Part Doesn’t Hold Up

If a court or authority decides that any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest of the terms stay valid and in effect.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at [New Delhi / your city].

20. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its updated date, and continuing to use the website or our services after a change means you accept the new version.
